Martin is the founder of Martin Dara Coaching. He works with parents, kids, and teams to help them change their perspective. He believes that one change in perspective can open you up to a whole new world. He is also the host of two podcasts titled "Spitballs of Wisdom" and "The Entrepreneur Playground."
