Alongside her husband Tim, Director of Spirits and Entertainment, they launched Frescos in 2009, guided by a vision that has led to three expansions over the past decade. Through their efforts, Frescos has transformed from a small bistro into a downtown destination, playing a significant role in revitalizing Downtown Lakeland's dining scene and creating opportunities for other boutique restaurants to emerge.
