Today we have two very qualified Doctors, that will enlight us on a very sensitive subject: Breast Cancer. Dr. Joel Evans is a board certified OB/GYN and international lecturer, Chief of Medical Affairs at the institute for functional medicine and Chief Medical Officer at geneType. He has a special interest in breast cancer, and, as the medical director of the Keep A Breast Foundation, brings the latest information on cancer risk assessment and prevention to his patients. Dr. Evans has recently created a core curriculum designed to share ancient spiritual wisdom with others to help bring health and happiness into their lives.

Erika Spaeth is a scientist by training with her doctorate in biomedical sciences and leads the scientific team at geneType. She is passionate about genomics and cancer biology, who is dedicated to empowering patients to be part of the conversation with their healthcare providers by understanding the clinical tests that exist. Together, Joel and Erika will speak about the importance for all women to understand their risk of developing breast cancer.
