Sarah Ariaudo is a former "proud workaholic" who once spent up to 14 hours per day in the office, leading her to suffer multiple health struggles. In looking for answers, she was led to mindfulness and meditation, which she now practices the "lazy girl way," so it fits into her lifestyle and not the other way around.
