Dr. Divya Balan is Assistant Professor of International Studies at Flame University, Pune, India. She holds Doctorate, Masters and M.Phil degrees in International Studies, and is a political science graduate. Her areas of teaching and research interest include the disciplinary histories of International Studies and European Studies, international migration and migration policies, Indian diasporic communities, Gulf migration, and Kerala studies.
