Prior to his death, he became involved with Sandy Murphy, and it was she who told police in September 1998 that she had found him dead of an apparent drug overdose. However Binion’s sister, Becky Binion Behnen, insisted to police that this was no drug overdose and demanded an investigation. “48 Hours" correspondent Peter Van Sant reports.
