This podcast is the second part of a discussion with Jan Sysmans, director of marketing for WebEx. Jan says that traditionally, many obstacles to productivity have been written off as a cost of doing business. However, tools exist that not only make employees more productive on a day-to-day basis, but also can make business disruptions less, well, disruptive. In this second part, Jan explains how even a small disruption can have disasterous results, how telecommuting has a variety of other benefits, and how WebEx tools can significantly enhance employees’ quality of life in general.
