Description
Opposition to TPP in the wake of the disatrous consequences of other free trade agreements is beginning to create awareness of the degree to which corporations have come to dominate nations. Less well recognized is how much control corporations have over communities, largely thanks to a neolibreral bias in the interpretation of the Commerce Clause but exacerbated by the Supreme Court's invention of the concept of corporate constitutional "rights" (personhood).
