Netflix announced Friday morning that...they were acquiring Warner Brothers Discovery for $72 billion. Netflix acquired most of the assets controlled by Warner Brothers Discovery...but Netflix refused to include CNN in the deal. We react to Netflix excluding CNN from the Warner Brothers Discovery acquisition.
