Slam the Gavel welcomes Jamie Logan and Jamie Cunningham from Colorado. They shared their concern on how the corrupt family court system is in Colorado and the  devastating effects it has had on their families and especially their children. Interestingly enough, the two women had met because "Taya" Matoy habitually mixed up their court evaluations.
    Apparently "Taya" Matoy WAS court appointed to be a PRE (Parental Responsibility Evaluator), to two young boys in a custody battle. She was also court ordered to be a CFI (Child Family Investigator), to two young girls also in a custody battle. As a PRE, the person has to be a LICENSED mental health professional, but that wasn't the case for "Taya" Matoy because Mita Johnson, the Board Chair Member of Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Board had signed off on her fraudulent application.
   The office of Investigation and Inspections could not verify ANY of her CREDENTIALS, her DEGREE has SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME ON IT. The other degree was not a certified transcript. She also allegedly has three DUI's and perhaps more now, for her records are NOW SEALED. "Taya" is still actively licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
