Carebears is a musical project launched in 2017 by Alessandro Tonon, an Italian producer with a long-standing presence in the electronic music scene. Born as a personal exploration between analog textures and forward-thinking sounds, Carebears blends funk-infused basslines, swinging drum grooves, and a distinct taste for the raw, physical nature of sound.

With a recognizable style that embraces analog gear and vinyl culture, the Carebears record series has reached its eighth release, each one catching the attention of key DJs in the international underground scene. His productions have been supported in high-profile contexts, with recent appearances on respected labels such as Cadenza and Bar Musica, the latter featuring a remix by Thomas Melchior. Ultimately, Carebears is a project made for the dancefloor, yet always looking beyond it—balancing analog nostalgia with a contemporary urgency.
