This week The Blanchard Brothers attempt an Escape from L.A....

In this week's episode my brother (Gavin) and I (Noah) take a somewhat familiar journey through Carpenter's lone sequel, 1996's Escape from L.A. We're both extremely excited to be back in the Plisskenverse but I found this rewatch a little less compelling than Gav. We discuss the obvious comparisons to New York, highlight some of our favorite scenes / cameos and of course wrap things up with our usual Remake / Recast discussion. 

...and also, BASKETBALL. Why? Because Carpenter says so...
