In this week's episode my brother (Gavin) and I (Noah) give you a double dose of Carpenter as we discuss both of his episodes of Showtime's (short-lived) Masters of Horror, Cigarette Burns and Pro-Life. We both were fairly familiar with Cigarette Burns but neither of us had seen Pro-Life so this marks yet another blindspot in the filmography for both of us. Ultimately we came away feeling like there just wasn't much meat on the bones of either story (forgive the terrible pun) However, we do find time at the top to pay tribute to yet another fallen Horror Icon and Carpenter contemporary, the late great Tobe Hooper, RIP.
