On this episode of we reflect back on all of the amazing things we have explored during 2022. We revisit the importance of resilience. We take a moment to acknowledge the importance of trauma informed care and the launching of our workshop. Then we break down four of our cherished elements of the star parent, Spirituality, Tools, Awareness and Repair. Join us for our last episode of the year. And then taking a sacred pause where we model the importance of taking a break from work, slowing down, allowing rest and reprieve in order to replenish our resources and come back refreshed in 2023.
