Channeling Sacred Rage with BELLSAINT (Singer/Songwriter)
Description
On this very special episode, I interview my dear friend and incredibly talented singer/songwriter Caroline Brooks aka BELLSAINT about her healing processes that helped her birth brave and powerful newest album: i used to be funny. We touch on themes of narcissistic abuse (both interpersonally and systemically) as well as religious trauma, and the healing and lifesaving power of art and creativity as a way of disrupting and challenging the debilitating shame dynamics these patterns tend to bring about.
