Description

Find out why a knowledge of behaviour is crucial to the horse-human relationship and how horses may be wanting a human behaviourist to work on their human!

My guest this week is Debbie Busby, an accredited, registered Clinical Equine Behaviourist, running her successful international consultancy, Evolution Equine Behaviour, since 2006. Debbie supervises university masters students and new behaviourists, and writes and lectures on all aspects of equine behaviour and applied practice. Also a practising psychotherapist, she has developed a Transactional Analysis model to promote effective communication between horse owners and practitioners. She is currently conducting doctoral research into horse and human wellbeing in the spheres of riding and training horses.
