Cheers for Fears is returning to Ryan.

Julie Woods invites you to mark your calendars and get your costumes ready for Saturday night, November 1st.

And while it is a fun Halloween party – more importantly, it’s a fundraiser hosted by Northwestern Mutual in Manchester. Mitch Peyton says it’s all about helping in the fight against childhood cancer.

Part of the funds they raise goes towards a nurse’s fund at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

And the support they’ve been able to gather through Cheers for Fears has been nothing short of incredible.

If you’re not up for a Halloween party, but would still like to help the cause by donating, you absolutely can do that too.

Cheers for Fears will take place Saturday, November 1st at St. Patrick’s Gym in Ryan. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $20 at the door, with this year’s event cash-only.
