This week on Tales From a Luxury Yacht Chef with Lisa Mead I catch up with Chef Luke King. This is a great story as he talks about starting off as a butcher before turning to study as a chef.
He has since worked in many different restaurants including time as Chef De Cuisine on Hayman Island in the Whitsundays, off the coast of Queensland, Australia.
He is now about to enter the world of Super Yacht Cheffing.
