For more than 25 years, he has specialized in large-scale litigation representing groups of harmed individuals, pioneering efforts to hold corporations accountable for privacy violations and breaches.


He has served as Lead Counsel in landmark cases such as the Yahoo! Data Breach Litigation, was a key member of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Equifax Data Security Breach, and led a 17-year insurance coverage litigation against Celotex Corporation.
