In this episode, researcher Amanda Visek will be joining us. Amanda Visek is an Associate Professor at The George Washington University and has conducted several studies on what young athletes find fun about sports. Recently, she conducted a study with young hockey and basketball players, in Sweden, regarding this particular matter. In this episode she presents the findings of the study and what they mean for you as a coach in practice.
