Welcome to the podcast of our “Coachteamet” newsletter. It is an audio version in English where we discuss different perspectives and areas within player development. The podcast is hosted by, the Swedish Basketball Federations basketball developers, Rikard Aspegren and Andrew Pleick.
In this episode, Anton Kalén will be joining us to discuss the importance of season planning. He will give evidence and insight as to why and how coaches should plan their seasons. Anton works as a researcher for the Swedish Olympic Committee and University of Skövde within the field of Sports Development and Analytics and has coached basketball for a numerous of years.
