In our inaugural episode of Frame of Reference - Coming together, Antowan and I talk about why . . . it's so hard to talk about race.  How do we learn about things like Black Lives Matter and why that's so important in today's world, if we can't even talk about what Racism looks like, feels like, even smells like in America.  Maybe part of why we as White folks don't talk or ask questions about it is because we are secretly afraid to broach the subject.  Antowan and I talk about some of the barriers to having meaningful talks about racism and some of the strategies and mindsets needed in order to have them become catalysts for change and healing.

Thanks for listening. Please check out our website at www.forsauk.com to hear great conversations on topics that need to be talked about. In these times of intense polarization we all need to find time to expand our Frame of Reference.
