I believe that in order for you to command your morning and have some control of your day, you must find one positive thought and dwell on it. If it means repeating that over and over and over throughout your day, do so because repetition forms a habit and makes an action stick.
In today's podcast, I share how you can use this exercise to command your morning which will give you better handle on your day.
