Every error or mistake is not the opportunity to tear yourself down or break you. You have tomorrow to get it right. Stop beating yourself up for those mistakes in yesterday, leave them in yesterday. Tomorrow gives you a new canvas to start over.

There are no restrictions on how many times you should or can start over. you can star over as many times as you want to. If you keep beating yourself up for those mistakes in yesterday, you will not leave room to improve and get better for tomorrow.
