In this episode, we briefly explore how emotions and the nervous system are intertwined. There’s no such thing as a “good” or “bad” emotion - everything you feel is simply sensation moving through the body. When emotions get stuck, it’s often because of a story, belief or past experience that’s tangled up in your system, blocking the natural flow of energy. Your ability to feel and express emotions fully allows you to expand your nervous system capacity and level of resilience and tolerance. 

I’ll also guide you through a somatic practice designed to help you shift from confusion to clarity moving between both states to clear emotional blocks, expand your nervous system capacity and create more space for ease, openness and flow.
