Day 72 - Today was proof that even the best routines get tested.
I’ve built a solid 5 AM rhythm while Sophie’s been away, but now that she’s home, it’s about finding a new groove. This morning, I couldn’t record without waking her, so I ended up driving down the airstrip in my truck just to get it done!
And then the day unfolded… newborn lambs reunited with their mothers, five horses worked, a reset ride out the back of the farm, and by evening, rescuing another lamb from a rabbit hole and nursing two back to strength in the barn.
The lesson?
Life doesn’t always care about your plan. Sometimes the work chooses you. And when it does, the only thing you can control is how you adapt with your routine, your discipline, and your response.
