I had the privilege of treating two horses for the very first time in their lives, no bodywork, no adjustments, no history. Just the raw, natural baseline of their bodies. Seeing that unfiltered foundation is a gift. It shows you where the true weaknesses lie, where atrophy exists, and where the potential is waiting to be unlocked.
But it wasn’t just about the horses today. After months of specialists, tests, and MRIs, I finally got the all-clear to start receiving treatments myself again. Eight months without bodywork left my body drained, but one massage reminded me what healing feels like.
Sometimes the first step back is as powerful as the very first step forward.
