I talk about all of the challenges and difficulties we face in life (let’s call them “contrast”) are SUPPOSED to happen to us. They are there ON PURPOSE for us. Not to sabotage us, but for us to learn, stretch, & grow in ways that our soul needs.We can still have gratitude and love where we are and simultaneously have dreams and goals and desires. And in life, we will always experience road blocks and experience difficulty in different areas, and at different points. Contrast in life is so crucial because it creates desire, and Desire is crucial for our happiness and for our energy levels.
