Corn prices on the Chicago Board of Trade experienced a downward trend in the near-term contracts, with the March, May, and July twenty twenty-six contracts all dropping by two and three-quarters cents. However, the September and December twenty twenty-six contracts saw smaller decreases, and the May and July twenty twenty-seven contracts even saw slight increases. Trading volume was significantly lower than the previous day, while open interest increased.
