In this episode Jonathan Kuttin shares his best practices for developing junior advisors. Specifically he shares the importance of creating a clear career path for advisors starting at the intern level all the way through to equity partner. Jon also discusses key skills and traits advisors need to develop at different levels of their career. Jon then describes what he calls the “doctor-nurse model” for cultivating junior advisors into client facing professionals.
