In this episode, Reese is joined by Caroline Brussard to chat about her journey into the world of cycling. Caroline is a senior at UMass Amherst and a certified spin instructor who began her spin journey at just 12 years old in 2015. Since then, she’s taught at the UMass Recreation Center and Brickhouse Spin in Amherst, MA. She joins Reese to share the challenges and rewards of becoming a spin instructor, as well as the mental and emotional benefits of physical movement for both beginners and seasoned riders.
