Katherine is a qualified Life and Wellbeing Coach, NLP Practitioner, Addictive Behaviours Specialist, Menopause Facilitator and Menstruality Mentor. Katherine was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2018 and after discovering a huge lack of support and understanding decided to re-train as a Coach to create the support that would allow her and others to thrive in all areas of life. Katherine Irene Coaching was born out of desire to ensure that no one else is held back by their menstrual cycle experience no matter what their menstrual cycle experience may be.
