“Who were the 56 men who signed The Declaration of Independence?” and “What does it mean to be a Patriot?” were questions asked by Joy Collins, the president of the San Antonio Area Regents Council (SAARC) during her presentation to the Susanna Dickinson Chapter, National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR), at their meeting held on Sept 10 in La Vernia.
