Welcome to Day 24 of The Three Diamonds journey and the second bonus session.


Today I am sharing a practice that helps open us up to Earth, Heart and Heaven Ki by creating space to centre into the three diamonds through mindful tea meditation.


Mindful moments such as drinking a cup of tea can help bring our awareness inwards and also find more presence of being in the here and now; helping us feel grounded and connected back to the true essence of who we are.


In preparation for this meditation, please ensure you have filled your kettle with water, ready to boil and chosen a herbal tea of your choice to steep. 


The importance of this practice is to stay connected with what you're doing in the present moment, tune into your senses - touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste and breathe into the moments that offer you time to pause. 


At times when my voice falls silent tune into the present moment, your breath and being with the tea.
