Welcome to Day One of our 30-day meditation practice.
Sit in a comfortable position with your eyes closed. Take a few deep breaths and visualise a healing light entering your body. Place your hands on your heart and connect with the energy of love. Now place your hands on the area of your body that needs healing and visualise the healing light flowing through your hands into that area. As you slowly exhale, release any stagnant energy and allow the healing energy to flow through you. Stay with your breath and this meditation for a couple more minutes.
