Description

Doros Polydorou present his research conducted at the University of Hertfordshire and presented at ISEA conference in HK, May 2016. This work investigates the possibility of using live bio data in order to order to create personal a connection or meaning with a wearable accessory such as a necklace or an earring. In all current wearable accessories, it is not so much the cultural narrative and the design process of the tech itself it its entirety which is given special significance but its internal memory card and the information saved within. Can a new design methodology and upcoming technologies change this trend?
