On Monday Night Football, the Dallas Cowboys got dominated by the Arizona Cardinals in surprise fashion. We have come to expect poor defense from the Cowboys, but it was the relative lack of success for their explosive offense that was unforeseen. The Cowboys now will look to the trade deadline to bolster their ranks, as promised by owner Jerry Jones. The Philadelphia Eagles got trade deadline week started by acquiring Jaelan Phillips from the Miami Dolphins and the pass rusher fits the now and the future making it a great deal for the Eagles, but also a wise sell by the Phins. The Baltimore Ravens also grabbed a pass rusher, Dre'Mont Jones from the Tennessee Titans, as they continue to try and build momentum on defense. Finally, the deadline will arrive on Tuesday afternoon and the Pittsburgh Steelers as well as the New England Patriots need to take the opportunity to push their chips in while their team has a chance to compete in the AFC.
