Hey Queens… today is Day 3! Today is all about meditation (*insert woosah sound*). Meditation is a powerful, free self-care technique that improves both your physical and mental health. Meditation allows you to relax and rebalance yourself in a way that few other things can. Don’t underestimate meditation. It may seem like a waste of time, but mindfulness can have a huge impact on your health and well-being, by helping to relax your mind and body.
