Description
Severe flooding across south east Asia has killed 50 people and left tens of thousands displaced. Thailand's government has declared a state of emergency after torrential rain triggered floodwaters reaching heights of two metres. Military ships and helicopters have been deployed on relief missions, with Vietnam and Malaysia also affected by the flooding.
