In this episode, I have a conversation with Dean Somerset. Dean is a personal trainer local to Edmonton, Alberta but is known all over in the fitness industry.

Dean has written for some of the biggest fitness publications including T-Nation, Men's Health, Shape, Bodybuilding.com and so many more! He has made a name for himself not only as a personal trainer but also as a leader in the fitness industry. He has delivered seminars, talks, and continuing education worldwide.

We talk about his new book, Rock Solid Resilience, coming out end of February (preorder is on now!), his start in the industry, how he found his passion for training people with injuries and why he still chooses to train in person, rather than go solely online.
