This week we get to sit down with Dean Tlougan, owner of Premier Flight Guide Service in Rochester, MN. Dean was a guide for the very first Rochester guide service that opened in 1982 so he’s been at this for a while! He started running clients on his own in 1996 and hasn’t looked back since. We talk about how birds and hunting have changed over the years and what has caused some of those changes.
