Delay gratification is a form of self control to resist the wanting things to happen here and now, it understanding that when you plant a seed tree it won’t grow today but later after years of process and watering, this applies to our goals as well. In this episode my guest and I speak on the value of understanding the process to things, social media’s effect on delaying gratification and the value having the right community of people around you.
