Rebecca Ballard is a fashion company founder, adviser, labor and employment lawyer, policy leader, and advocate. She has dedicated her life to advancing sustainable practices, social entrepreneurship, women's empowerment and fair trade, as well as combating forced labor in supply chains globally.
Rebecca and I sit down to deconstruct clothing and style, garment-making, sustainable and ethical fashion, and how we as consumers can be more empowered to invest in clothing pieces that better align with our values, lifestyle, and most importantly, the person we aspire to be.
