While a "no hire, no fire" labor market kept pressure pinned on traders, Tom believes signals in a resilient consumer will ensure a snapback rally just in time for the holidays. One area of the market seeing strength across the board: metals and metal miner stocks. Tom later turns to Texas Instruments (TXN) and its double downgrade as the tech trade sees lasting headwinds.
