Description

This is the first part of a diaeventontological framing of lipid peroxidative mechanisms for CNS neurodegeneration. Dr Guerra describes recent published research  (JLR 2018 .59:31 2pp.) and develops some of the key elements of the ferroptosis programmed cell death mechanism leading to  oligodendrocyte and neuronal degeneration that will participate in a grander understanding of injury-induced  and idiotypic age-associated disease in the CNS. 25 March 2019.
