I have a very special guest today, my dad!! We are creating a series of episodes called wired and I’m so exited. Our conversations through the last few years have naturally evolved into very powerful, higher consciousness thinking and it feels so good to be sharing this with the HWG community. Today we talk about how important it is to ground our energy, especially first thing in the morning. My dad has 40+ years of experience with electricity and his eyes have been opened to how similar electrical wiring is to the energy that runs through our body.
