This is an episode that you’ll want to save and come back too often. Maybe daily?! This body scan/stillness practice will help you slow down, calm your thoughts and connect deeper to yourself by establishing a daily practice that I consider a super power. Meditation can feel overwhelming, so I’d like to invite you to come into this practice with an open mind, and to just allow these breaths to move through you so that you can feel what it feels like to be calm and present and peaceful especially when life feels chaotic.
