Sydney based Feldenkrais method practitioner Penelope Jones joins us to share her story of determination and resilience through simple movements and principles. A traumatic accident required her to draw from the science of the brain and nervous system. Penelope’s training in neuroplasticity, human movement and the teachings of Moshé Feldenkrais gave her strength and power to aid her recovery.
