it's easy to say and harder to let those feelings of un-worthy-ness slip off your soul. When you do feel one day that whatever was happening in your household, had not one single thing to do with you, but emotionally deficit humans (parents), who probably did the best they could. Never ever let yourself sit in the space of shame, you've done nothing wrong..And you are an inspiration to me and so many others. Thankyou Sir.
Mr. Theo Von, You are loveable and worthy, just as you are. I obviously do not know your experience as a child, however I recognize the deep, woven into the fibers of your muscles, every cell, the sense that as a child you felt shame or guilt probably both, just for existing. Like a constant "I'm sorry" to your caregivers, bc when you saw general unhappiness in them, you as a child thought you were the reason the caregivers were not attending to your needs.
