In today’s episode, we take a stroll down memory lane. We touch upon many topics including my pill-popping days, acupuncture school, my past (and ongoing!) dollar store addiction, spiritual journeys, and of course - health and wellness!
So many people are unaware of what they are actually putting into their bodies - gluten and dairy for example. The same goes for medication. We’ve been taught that these things we take and eat are necessary for a healthy diet and will help you when you’re sick. It is actually all FALSE. How do you know what you’re taking isn’t going to cause another issue somewhere else? Going completely dairy, gluten, corn, and soy free has changed my entire body, for the better, and has benefited so many people around me.
You just have to learn. Being aware of what you’re ingesting is the first step to optimal health.
